St. Croix Custom Fabrication, Inc. offers complete laser cutting services. Laser cutting is an efficient option for small to large quantities and irregular shaped parts, elimanates costly tooling charges and provices a quick turnaround.
Our Trumpf 2600W laser, controlled by precise programming technology ensures we have the ability to satisfy your +/- .005 tolerance requirements. It has a 60" by 120" sheet capability and with the automatic dual pallet loading system we ensure quick turnaround on your cuting application.
We can process materials, such as:
- Hastelloy -- 1/16" to 1/4"
- Stainless Steel (SST) -- 1/32" to 1/4"
- Aluminum -- 1/32" to 1/8"
- Carbon Steel -- 1/32" to 1/2"
Plasma Cutting
SCCF offers CNC Plasma cutting of sheet and plate up to 2" thick, 6' wide, and 20' long. Plasma cutting is an efficient process for cutting thicker plate material.
