St. Croix Custom Fabrication, founded in 1991, is a custom metal fabrication job shop. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We specialize in laser cutting, plasma cutting, and forming of sheet and plate. Laser capacity is 5' x 10' plasma is 6' x 20'. Sawcutting of items up to 16" square. We are experts in welding all three materials with MIG or TIG processes. We prep weldments for paint by using steel grit blasting. This process recycles steel grit and does not use sand as the blast media. We also prime and paint on site. Our blast and paint rooms are 16' W x 16' H x 40' L. We do some assembly and packaging. We also do local deliveries on our 12' and 20' flatbed trucks. We have 2 loading docks for shipping and receving from semi trailers.
